[Crm-sig] How to implement CRM Time in RDF

Dear all,

the RDFS implementation of time is presented on the CIDOC CRM homepage 
(<http://cidoc-crm.org/official_release_cidoc.html>). I cannot read it.
My browser says:

XML error: not well-formed
Address: http://cidoc-crm.org/docs/time_spans.rdfs
line no. 9, col 53.

:)

The encoding is corrupted.
And: What is marked as russian labels rather looks like romanian labels (lang 
code: ro) and IMHO romanian P81a and P82b read something like "end of _year_ 
starts/ends".
