Dear all,
The chief editor of the project Edvard Munch's (the painter of Scream) 
writings asked me about a project called  HEML, Tthe Historical Event 
Markup and Linkingproject (http://www.heml.org/) . The web page has not 
been updated the last few years, but the project looks interesting. Does 
  somebody have more information avbout this project?
